ALOHA Senior Course Syllabus
Age limit 8 years to below 14 years. Two years course. Total 8 Levels, each level 3 months. Weekly 1 class for two hours.
01. Introduction of ALOHA.
02. Introduce Hands & name of the Fingers.
03. Introduce Abacus (Parts of Abacus, how to hold it etc.)
04. Introduction of three methods of ALOHA (Finger, Abacus, Mental)
05. Addition & Subtraction starting from 10 to >10000.
06. Multiplication starting from 2×1 digits to 4 digits x 3 digits.
07. Division starting from 2÷1 digit to 6 digits ÷ 3 digits.
08. Decimal point Addition, Subtraction.
09. All types of Fraction (proper, improper, mixed), Fraction with addition,subtraction, multiplication & division.
10. Fraction to Percentage.
11. Percentage to Fraction.
12. Square up to 3 digits.
13. Square Root up to 5 digits.
14. Oral Calculation to develop concentration & Listening skill.
15. Speed Test to develop speed & accuracy.
16. Flash Card Game to develop observation skill.
17. ALOHA Dance, Happy Action & other physical activities.
18. Various puzzle & quizzes to sharpen brain.
19. Group work to ensure team spirit.
20. Class room rules to improve student’s learning skill.
21. Healthy competition among students in the classroom to make them capable for tests & competitions.
22. Time Management for all activities in class.
23. Discuss success stories & celebrate special days at classroom.
