Return and Refund Policy

ALOHA Bangladesh is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for our students. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our educational programs, including ALOHA Mental Arithmetic and Art and Crafts courses.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Administrative Errors: Refunds will be processed in cases of duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or other administrative errors made by ALOHA Bangladesh.
  • Program Cancellation: If ALOHA Bangladesh cancels a course or session, a full refund will be issued for the affected session(s).
  • Withdrawal Requests: Students may request a refund within 5 days of enrollment, provided they have not attended any classes or accessed course materials.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable unless due to an administrative error or program cancellation:

  • Admission fees
  • Monthly tuition fees for sessions already attended or materials provided (e.g., books, abacus, bag, pencil box)
  • Fees for digital courses or materials accessed online

 

Refund Request Process

  1. Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through the contact form on our website (www.alohabd.net). Please include:
    • Student’s full name
    • Course enrolled in
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Proof of payment (if applicable)
  2. Review Period: ALOHA Bangladesh will review refund requests within 7 to 10 working days from the date of submission.
  3. Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 to 10 working days after approval. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

 

Conditions for Refund

  • Refunds will only be processed for payments made directly to ALOHA Bangladesh.
  • Refunds are subject to verification of enrollment and payment details.
  • No refunds will be issued for classes attended, materials used, or after the 5-day withdrawal period unless due to an administrative error or program cancellation.
